Plot

A former scream queen, grappling with vocal cord injuries, retreats to a secluded island resort for rehabilitation. However, her peaceful escape quickly turns into a nightmare as mysterious deaths begin to mirror the gruesome scenes from her movies. As she navigates her recovery, she must confront not only her haunting past but also the terrifying reality that someone on the island is replicating the horrors she once acted out.
