Plot
Michael Cardiff, a skilled revolutionary and assassin, breaks free from prison and devises a meticulous plan for revenge against the government. To fake his own death, he cleverly places his identification on a decaying corpse. His first target is a powerful judge, whom he eliminates under the guise of an accident. As Cardiff prepares to detonate an improvised explosive device at the judge's funeral, attended by key political figures, one astute police captain starts to piece together his deadly scheme, posing a threat to Cardiff's carefully laid plans.
