Plot

During a vacation meant to mend their troubled marriage, a man awakens in an eerie motel room, submerged in ice with a kidney removed. Realizing his wife is in the next room, poised to be the next target of a sinister organ trafficking ring, they must confront their fractured relationship. With time running out and captors closing in, the couple must unite to escape and confront the dark secrets that threaten their lives and future. As danger looms, survival becomes their only priority, forcing them to reevaluate their bond.
