Plot

Chandan resides with his older brother and uncle when a trip across the river for medicine leads him to a chance encounter with Gunja. The two quickly fall for each other, complicating matters when Gunja's sister, Roopa, marries Chandan's brother. Tragedy strikes when Roopa dies unexpectedly, prompting the family to suggest Gunja marry her brother-in-law. Torn between familial duty and his love for Gunja, Chandan faces a poignant dilemma: should he forsake his feelings for the sake of his brother and nephew? Will Gunja be able to embrace this new, complicated relationship?
