Plot

In a dystopian future New York City, Z, the malevolent head of Inteltrax Corporation, has twisted a group of cyborgs, originally created for dangerous jobs, into merciless killers. With the brilliant inventor Dr. Paul Haynes imprisoned, his sister Darla turns to Matt Riker, a skilled specialist in advanced weaponry and martial arts, for help. Together, they must confront Z and his ruthless creations to save Paul and stop the reign of terror unleashed by the rogue cyborgs. Time is running out as they race to thwart Z's deadly plans.
