Plot

Compulsive gambler Little Joe Jackson finds himself in purgatory after dying in a drunken brawl. To earn his place in heaven, he must return to Earth for six months to prove his worthiness. Upon awakening, he has no recollection of his past and grapples with living a righteous life for the sake of his devoted wife, Petunia. Meanwhile, his fate hangs in the balance as the angel General and Lucifer Jr., the devil’s son, vie for his soul, creating a compelling struggle between good and evil.
