Plot

John, a deceitful doctor played by Kim Sønderholm, leads a dark life of abduction and organ trafficking. His operations take a turn for the worse when he mistakenly delivers a defective kidney to a client. Facing dire consequences, he races against the clock to procure a suitable replacement before his criminal enterprise collapses. As the tension escalates, John's desperate attempts to cover his tracks draw him deeper into a dangerous web of deception and violence, revealing the chilling lengths to which he will go to maintain his sinister trade.
