Plot

Sgt. Frank Johnson endures a concussion from a grenade explosion in Vietnam, triggering vivid memories of his childhood as a ninja. This leads the U.S. Army to assign him the codename "Black Fire." Alongside his friend, Sgt. Jim Anderson, he is deployed to San Sebastian as a military advisor. While on assignment, Johnson uncovers a nefarious plot involving Capt. Salcedo, a local army officer entangled in arms trafficking. As tensions rise, Johnson must navigate his dual identity and confront the corruption threatening their mission.
