Plot

Set against the backdrop of 19th-century Louisiana, where sugar reigns supreme, Lili Scarlet, a cunning pirate, seizes Jules Tulane's estate, leaving him with a crushing debt. To stave off prison, Jules must comply with Scarlet's demands, which include allowing his son, André, to serve her. As romance blossoms between André and Scarlet, it ignites the fury of Hugo, Scarlet’s jealous ex-lover and a master swordsman. When Hugo plots another attack on the Tulane estate, André and Scarlet must unite to confront him and protect their newfound love and home.
