Plot

Honey Skinner beams with pride over her husband’s career, confident he’ll secure a raise. However, just as he approaches his boss, their major client decides to drop them, leaving Honey in the dark about his failure to get the raise. Undeterred, she dreams of spending an extra $10 a week, starting with a stylish new suit for him and a chic outfit for herself to impress at an upscale party. They steal the show, gaining acceptance among the elite. As business falters, Skinner loses his job, while Honey continues to spend money they no longer have, creating mounting pressure.
