Plot
Rafferty, a down-on-his-luck driving instructor and former Gunnery Sergeant, leads a shabby life near Hollywood, California. When two quirky women unexpectedly hop into his car, he doesn’t resist as they try to abduct him for their journey to New Orleans. Initially annoyed, Rafferty soon becomes charmed by the eccentric duo. Together, they hit the road, making their way to Las Vegas, Nevada, and later Tucson, Arizona. However, as their adventure unfolds, the camaraderie they developed begins to fray, revealing the complexities of their newfound friendship.
