Plot
A devastated detective in a futuristic society is on a mission to dismantle a black market for synthetic humans. While battling against the exploitation of AI, an underground group seeks to undermine his efforts by altering the programming of his lifelike companion, designed to emulate his deceased wife. As she starts to experience flashes of an earlier existence, she grapples with her identity in a bewildering reality where perceptions are distorted and truth is elusive.
