Plot
Ah Na, a young Chinese immigrant portrayed by Amy Ting, arrives at Buddha's Happiness in New York, eager to pursue her dreams. Surrounded by fellow immigrant workers, she learns about their diverse aspirations and vows to carve out her own version of the American Dream. During a delivery, she discovers a hidden community of immigrant women at Grand Central Station known as the "Golden Palace." There, she befriends her alter ego, Lily, and becomes romantically entangled with an American named Jack. As Ah Na strives for a better future, she must confront the haunting shadows of her past.
