Plot

After yet another anniversary goes by without a proposal, Anna takes matters into her own hands. Inspired by a Celtic custom that permits women to propose on February 29, she travels to Dublin to ask her boyfriend for his hand in marriage. However, her plans go awry when she encounters Declan, a charming yet grumpy Irishman, who unexpectedly becomes her travel companion.
