Plot
Elaine "Ellie" Harrison relocates from Minnesota to Annapolis, Maryland, while her parents dive into medieval studies for a year. At Avalon High, she encounters familiar high school archetypes: Lance the jock, Jennifer the cheerleader, Marco the rebellious type, and Will, the charming senior class president and quarterback. However, as Ellie navigates her new environment, she discovers that appearances can be deceptive. The dynamics among the students hint at a deeper connection to the legendary tales of King Arthur, suggesting that the past is mysteriously resurfacing in their lives.
