Plot

A year after Marci and Blair professed their love, wedding plans are in jeopardy. Overwhelmed by work, Marci struggles to organize their upcoming nuptials. Complicating matters, she may need to collaborate with her former assistant and fake fiancé, Adam, to secure a coveted project—something she has yet to reveal to Blair. Meanwhile, Blair faces financial troubles from years of pro bono work and contemplates a job offer from Marci's scheming cousin, Preston. Meanwhile, Marci's mother, Stephanie, finds herself entangled with her charming young salsa instructor, Antonio. Will they make it to the altar in time?
