Plot

A freak accident with an experimental microwave antenna transforms two tower engineers, Derek and Jay Powers, granting them extraordinary abilities. Although they share similar powers, their choices diverge sharply. Derek aims to leverage his newfound gifts for altruistic purposes, seeking to expose the hidden truths of Randall Communications Incorporated (RCI), the antenna's creator. In contrast, Jay secretly engages in RCI's experiments, drawn in by the influence of Tina Viccarini, a former flame and the lead scientist. Their contrasting paths culminate in the emergence of a formidable superhero and an equally powerful supervillain.
