Plot

Moti, a yeshiva student from an Ashkenazi background, is poised to enter the matchmaking scene in search of a devoted and attractive bride. As his parents prepare to introduce him to an American girl, he unexpectedly finds himself drawn to his best friend’s sister. The cultural divide, stemming from her Mizrahi heritage, complicates their budding romance. Determined to pursue his feelings, Moti must navigate familial expectations and societal norms, leading him to devise an inventive plan to bridge the gap between their worlds.
