Plot

Tung-Ching's world shifts dramatically after a car accident leaves him with a scratched lifeline on his right hand, marking a turn toward unpredictability, as a nurse informs him. Three months later, his father's stroke forces him to take charge of the family pawnshop. While his girlfriend Eiko, captivated by palm reading, aims to restore his lifeline, Tung-Ching remains indifferent to his fate. Instead, he finds himself drawn to a female customer he nicknames "Know-all," exploring new connections while grappling with the uncertainties of his life.
