Plot

Carrie, a devout fundamentalist, faces turmoil when her mother comes out as a lesbian and marries a woman, with whom she has a daughter. Reluctantly, Carrie moves into their new home, where she grapples with her discomfort toward her new family. As her parents depart on a business trip, Carrie is left to care for her stepsister. Strange and unsettling events unfold, pushing Carrie to confront her deep-seated fears and beliefs. In a race against time, she must find the courage to protect her sister from the escalating terror that surrounds them.
