Winter Storage (1949)

Plot

As October 7th rolls around, Chip diligently gathers acorns to prepare for winter, while Dale prefers to lounge in his matchbox. A swift kick from Chip rouses him to action, but their acorn supply is dwindling. Fortune smiles upon them when they spot Donald Duck, a park ranger, planting acorns. The pair quickly devises a plan to swipe his stash. Donald sets a simple trap with an acorn bait, but Dale inadvertently ensnares Chip instead. What begins as playful rivalry morphs into a united front as the chipmunks band together against Donald's antics, showcasing their unbreakable friendship.
