Plot

Colombian drug lord Mannel Ramirez heads to Los Angeles to reclaim his fortune in Blood Money following his brother's unexpected death. DEA agent Jeff Rollins, tipped off by his partner Harold McBain, is on high alert for Ramirez's arrival. Sensing betrayal, Ramirez leaves a trail of bodies in his wake, ultimately confronting Jeff and fatally wounding him. As Jeff lies dying, he manages to reach out to his college senior brother Campbell and his girlfriend Jessica. Now embroiled in a dangerous game of revenge, Campbell rises as an unlikely hero determined to take down Ramirez and avenge his brother's murder.
