Plot
A ruthless assassin takes control of a packed passenger train, holding its passengers hostage and demanding a staggering $25 million ransom. He threatens to unleash a lethal canister of poison capable of annihilating an entire city if his demands aren't met. As law enforcement scrambles to manage the crisis, they turn to former DEA agent Paul Blake, whose expertise may be the key to thwarting the assassin's deadly scheme.
