Plot

Zhou Yu, a talented ceramic artist from rural Northwest China, shares a profound connection with Chen Qing, a reserved poet. Each weekend, she embarks on a lengthy train journey to indulge in passionate encounters with him, her desire seemingly unquenchable. However, her life takes a dramatic turn when she encounters Zhang Qiang, a charismatic veterinarian, sparking a steamy affair that leads her to new experiences. As Zhou Yu navigates this whirlwind of love and lust, she finds herself hurtling through a dark tunnel that offers no way back.
