Plot

Diego Martinez steps into his new role as a security guard at the Hospital Regional, ready to tackle the night shift. However, the eerie stillness of the hallways quickly becomes unnerving. As he conducts his rounds, an unexpected turn of events leads him to a chilling realization: he’s become trapped in the morgue. Alone in the dark, he must confront both the haunting atmosphere and the mysteries lurking within the hospital, testing his courage and resolve as he seeks a way out.
