Plot

In "The Abandoned," Marie, a film producer, journeys back to her homeland of Russia in search of her biological parents, only to discover they have passed away. To her surprise, she inherits their desolate farmhouse. Upon her arrival, she encounters Nicolai, who asserts that he is her twin brother. As they delve deeper into their family's dark history, strange occurrences unfold when they witness eerie doppelgangers. The house appears to manipulate their fate, pushing them toward a horrifying destiny that was meant to unfold four decades earlier.
