Plot

Amidst the upheaval of the Iranian revolution, a shipment of heroin faces disruption. Undeterred, a coalition of crime families orchestrates a plan to transport the drugs to the United States via a group of naive local smugglers in Naples. Meanwhile, an international anti-narcotics agent races against time to dismantle their operation.
