Plot
In a remote Québec village blanketed in winter, Jean-François, a single father, juggles his nights at an empty bowling alley with days spent at a dilapidated motel. He keeps his daughter, Julyvonne, confined within their home, believing that the harsh realities of the outside world could harm her as they have harmed him. His protective instincts drive him to isolate her, creating a tense dynamic as he grapples with his fears while trying to shield her from the same scars that haunt him.
