Plot

Eleven-year-old Oliver possesses a remarkable gift: he can see full-bodied ghosts. After relocating from the city to a quaint suburban home, he encounters Clive Rutledge (Martin Mull), the home's former owner, whose restless spirit wreaks havoc to drive Oliver's family away. Determined to help, Oliver teams up with a compassionate neighbor (Rhea Perlman) to uncover Clive's unresolved issues. Through their efforts, they aim to guide Clive in overcoming his earthly regrets, hoping to bring peace to both the spirit and Oliver’s family before they are forced to leave.
