Plot
Matko, a petty crook residing by the Danube, struggles to make ends meet alongside his teenage son, Zare. When a business venture goes awry, he finds himself deep in debt to the ruthless gangster Dadan. Dadan, eager to see his sister Afrodita wed, proposes a solution: Zare must marry her to settle Matko's financial obligations. As the plan unfolds, unexpected twists and turns challenge their lives in humorous and poignant ways.
