Plot
Set in 1649, Mazarin recruits the down-and-out D'Artagnan to locate his fellow musketeers amid rising tensions following Cromwell's coup in England. With fears of rebellion from the charismatic Beaufort, Porthos, seeking adventure beyond wealth, joins the mission. Meanwhile, Aramis, now an abbé, and Athos, a father to an aspiring scholar, secretly aid Beaufort. After a failed prison break, the musketeers find themselves dispatched to London to rescue Charles I. As they navigate the dangers of England, they must outsmart Justine, the vengeful daughter of their old foe, while ensuring Beaufort's political aspirations are realized.
