Plot
In "The Star Chamber," the streets of Los Angeles are plagued by rising violence and shocking murders. Steven Hardin, a young judge on the California Supreme Court, grapples with his inner turmoil and despair as he witnesses the same ruthless criminals escape justice. Despite his best efforts, crafty defense attorneys exploit legal loopholes, allowing these offenders to walk free. As Hardin's frustration mounts, he is forced to confront the limitations of the legal system and his own moral convictions in a society where justice seems increasingly unattainable.
