Avenger (2006)

Plot

Calvin Dexter, a former CIA agent haunted by his daughter's murder in Panama, now operates as a private investigator specializing in cases that evade traditional justice. When influential businessman Stephen Edmonds hires him to locate his son, Richard "Ricky" Edmunds, who has vanished while aiding war victims in Bosnia, Dexter uncovers a brutal truth. Ricky was killed by Zoran Zilic and his Serbian paramilitary for helping street boys. Dexter proposes to take vengeance, but Deputy CIA Director Paul Devereaux prioritizes a nuclear arms project involving Zilic, leading to a conflict with CIA troubleshooter Frank McBride, who is tasked with protecting Zilic and thwarting Dexter.
