Plot

Scotland Yard Inspector George Gideon's day begins poorly with a traffic ticket issued by a rookie officer. As the hours unfold, he faces a cascade of challenges, including discovering that a trusted detective has been taking bribes. Gideon also hunts for a violent fugitive responsible for a young girl’s murder and investigates a teenager linked to a payroll heist. To cap off the chaos, he finds himself in the middle of a bank robbery, drawing on his experience to restore order amid the turmoil.
