Plot

A family sailing adventure takes a dramatic turn when a fierce storm throws young Michael and his dog overboard. Stranded on a deserted island, they face the challenges of survival in isolation. Michael’s fears heighten when he encounters Kensuke, a reclusive Japanese man who has hidden there since World War II, initially resentful of the intruders. As their fragile paradise comes under threat from dangerous outsiders, an unlikely alliance forms between Michael and Kensuke, leading them to unite against the looming danger that endangers their newfound sanctuary.
