Plot
Herbert Von Krantz, a deranged scientist, creates a groundbreaking device capable of sterilizing nuclear weapons. However, this invention attracts a frenzied group of rival spies, all eager to seize control of the technology. Among them are a peculiar sect of bald, turtleneck-clad assassins, adding an eccentric twist to the chaos.
