Plot

Makino, a quick-witted newcomer from Japan, crosses paths with Shima, a yakuza seeking solace in Taipei. Intrigued by Shima's past, Makino reveals knowledge of the incident that drove him to Taiwan. However, danger looms as they discover a plot against Makino’s life. To escape the threat, the unlikely duo makes their way to Hualien, a picturesque city on Taiwan's eastern coast. As they navigate perilous encounters, their journey reveals deeper connections and unexpected alliances in a world where loyalty is tested and survival is paramount.
