Plot

Drew Granger reluctantly returns to his small Texas hometown of Chestnut Hollow to take a temporary teaching position. There, he encounters Aiden, the lonely new student longing for a true friend. Initially disinterested in his assignment, Drew’s perspective shifts when he crosses paths with Lainie Abbott, the new manager of his family's sprawling apple orchard and cider mill, who happens to be Aiden's mother. As Drew navigates his feelings for Lainie and his connection with Aiden, he begins to rediscover the charm of his roots and the importance of community.
