Plot
Eager to impress their affluent peers, a couple makes a risky financial leap to buy a home in a prestigious neighborhood, lured by its steep discount following a tragic murder/suicide by the former occupants. Shortly after settling in, they strike up a friendship with a seemingly charming neighbor. However, unsettling occurrences unfold, leading them to question whether this new acquaintance might be connected to the dark history of their home. As tension mounts, they must unravel the mystery lurking in their idyllic surroundings before it's too late.
