Tyll the Giant (1980)

Plot

Tõll, the giant hero from an Estonian folk tale, reigns over the island of Saaremaa in the Baltic Sea. Despite his royal status, he prefers the simplicity of farming and cherishes his devoted wife. Known for his quick temper yet generous spirit, Tõll stands as a protector of his people. However, his greatest challenge arises from the underworld god, a crafty and treacherous adversary. When war threatens his island, Tõll rushes to support his beleaguered army, only to find that the devil has taken the opportunity to unleash chaos at home.
