Plot

After a shootout, Alex Longmire finds himself indebted to a fellow gunman he previously saved. Determined to leave his violent past behind, he heads to town, where the only position open is as deputy to Sheriff Jade Murphy. Murphy, a principled man, faces pressure from struggling farmers and a powerful cattle baron. Captivated by the sheriff's attractive daughter, Longmire decides to remain, hoping to leverage his sharpshooting skills for a noble cause and protect the community from looming threats.
