Plot

Rastus Jones, a carefree troublemaker, narrowly escapes a pursuing policeman and seeks shelter in a bustling Chinese laundry. Chaos ensues as he stumbles through the establishment, creating a series of comedic mishaps. Amid the slapstick mayhem, Rastus has a notable run-in with an incorrectly packed opium pipe, leading to even more absurd situations.
