Plot
A couple in Paris aims to sell their filthy basement, attracting an unremarkable buyer named Mr. Fonzic. Initially, the transaction seems straightforward, but when he moves in, the situation escalates. Despite their attempts to reverse the sale, the couple finds themselves powerless. Mr. Fonzic's presence soon becomes menacing, particularly as he forms an unsettling bond with their teenage daughter, leading to disturbing influences.
