Plot
At a lavish hotel on the German coast, a crucial G8 summit assembles the globe's leading economists to discuss pivotal economic reforms. Among the attendees is a secretive Italian monk, summoned by Daniel Rochè, head of the International Monetary Fund, who wishes to make a private confession. However, the next day, chaos ensues when Rochè is discovered dead, prompting a tense investigation that intertwines power, secrecy, and betrayal, revealing the dark undercurrents of global finance.
