Plot

In Sullen Community, an enigmatic killer employs cutting-edge technology to eliminate its residents. As the body count rises, a former black operative teams up with local police to uncover the truth. Their investigation reveals not only a chilling conspiracy behind the murders but also a far more sinister menace lurking in the shadows.
