Plot
The Organized Crime Bureau delves into a Taiwanese drug trafficking operation following the death of an undercover officer and the loss of $5 million in borrowed funds. Chow and Lee travel to Taiwan to track down the culprits. Once there, Chow is apprehended but manages to pose as a Hong Kong drug lord. His insider knowledge, combined with Lee's efforts from the outside, sets the stage for a thrilling confrontation with the crime syndicate, culminating in a high-stakes showdown.
