Plot

Dr. Ichito serves at Honjo Hospital, where he reunites with his old friend Dr. Tatsuya Shindo, newly transferred from Tokyo. Once known as "the conscience of the medical school," Tatsuya seems to have changed, prioritizing a work-life balance that surprises Ichito. The dynamics shift when Ichito's mentor, Dr. Nukita, suddenly collapses, prompting Ichito to reevaluate his own priorities and the true essence of dedication within the demanding medical field. As tensions rise, the friends confront the pressures of their profession and the meaning of their friendship amidst the chaos.
