The Mad Dog (1932)

Plot

On bath day, Pluto is getting a thorough scrubbing. Once he's done, a playful tug-of-war with Mickey over the towel hilariously sends Mickey tumbling into the tub. As the soap bounces out, Pluto accidentally swallows it, leading to a series of soap bubble hiccups while Mickey chases after him. When Pluto runs out into the street, onlookers mistake him for a rabid dog, causing them to hide and throw objects his way. Dogcatcher Pete arrives, ready to capture Pluto. Just in time, Mickey intervenes, trying both to reason with and then distract Pete by tossing a kitten into his pants. In the chaotic chase that follows, a fruit cart adds to the mayhem, ultimately leading to Pete crashing into his own truck.
