Plot
Tommy Cowley, plagued by severe agoraphobia since his wife's brutal murder, is haunted by a gang of feral children armed with syringes, determined to seize his infant daughter. As he uncovers the horrifying reality behind these hooded figures, he realizes that overcoming his fears requires confronting his traumatic past. To reclaim his life and protect his daughter, Tommy must venture into the abandoned tower block known as the Citadel, the very place that represents his deepest terrors.
