Plot
George Purse diligently serves as the gamekeeper on the duke's expansive estate, a job he holds in high regard. While his position grants him a measure of respect, tension simmers beneath the surface, particularly with the local residents. Many of them, feeling the pressure of poverty, resort to poaching, straining George's connections with the community.
